Google Maps Mashups in Vietnam

I expect that Google will shortly be able to offer geocoding services with their Google Map and Google Earth services - they are in discussions with several local data vendors to determine the most suitable dataset that can be used for address-matching. Expect this to happen around September. I hope that the next generation of mash-ups will utilize some of the very interesting tools that Google are now offering - such as My Maps and Mapplets
