Who Takes Care of the Vinasa Website?
When I came acros the website of the Vietnam Software Association Vinasa I saw font error with Firefox 3 browser, same problem with IE6. Changed to Western (ISO-8859-1) can correct the error. Why Vinasa did not follow the Unicode (UTF-8)?

Unicode have been standard for Vietnamese from 2000, but not many
Vietnam organization understand it fully. It sad that Vinasa management
team lack of Unicode knowledge but they suppose to guide Vietnam
software industry
