It is unclear that if eBay put money in chodientu or chodientu bought
eBay franchise. In my opinion, Paypal should come to Vietnam first
before local e-payment processor like Mobivi could dominate.
What Amazing me, it that we did not have any number about the income,
cash flow... of Chodientu, and as said Xman it is unclear.
It looks like Ebay just want to get in the game before anybody. Maybe
they know something that we do not know: Paypal coming to Vietnam or
what?
It looks more like to me that Chodientu is hired to run an operation
created by eBay than an actual partnership. The name of co-developed
site has not been disclosed but the going-to-die of chodientu is
approaching.
I personally think this is quite lame (sorry!). It's not that
complicated to understand that ebay prolly can't do anything good, so
they hope chodientu can help, while chodientu is also struggling with VN
market. This is going nowhere. No special secret strategy, just simply
lame.
We are trying to make ChoDienTu become the best ecommerce portal in
Vietnam. We strongly belive we can do it.
Just wait and see : )

It is my pleasure to directly talk with sir Jason Lien, the author of
great articles on this blog, who previously was a real-estate
intermediary in Canada then Singapore without any knowledge and
experience in technology. What luck has brought you to this position of

Firstly may I ask for the healthy of your ventures companies who are all
going to die, i.e. GoPhatDat (what a stupid name!) and TimNhanh (a cash
burning machine)?
I'm wondering why most of your post is negatively mentioning about your
biggest opponent IDGVV's portfolios but talk nothing about yourself's
healthiness. What I can conclude for now is: you have a BIG ENVY on what
IDG does!
A good cure for you now is starting to admit that IDG ppl. has kicked
hard on your ass, so please stop cheating people! Let everybody know how
bad are you doing, keep your head down and do the job also unless the
others will more despise you.
Give me a call if you want see how could we co-operate and have a cafe
then!
@datpt: you own an apology to Jason Lien as I don't know him. Think
twice before posting. Do not make people think bad about FPTers.
It's true that Jason Lien is working at VinaCap - but he's in real
estate business. I admire what Jason is doing on this blog then Dat i
don't think you have any fan here.

But reading comments from DatPT@FPT make me think FPTers are all F**K
guys. They're all of that kind: Very arrogant (for what?), mad talking
(without thinking), announce unbelievable things (that would never
happened-history proven), etc.
